Legacy of Love honours the grace, depth, and character of our Empress Series—wines crafted to be savoured slowly and shared meaningfully. Set within a warm, intimate ambience, this month-long experience is designed to spark connection, indulgence, and unforgettable moments.

From afternoon into evening, guests are welcomed to enjoy daily popcorn and wine tastings from 3–7 PM, offering a relaxed and flavourful journey through the Empress Series. Each pairing reflects balance and craftsmanship, revealing layers of elegance that reward both curious explorers and devoted wine lovers alike.

The celebration reaches its most romantic expression on February 13 & 14, with a two-night Valentine’s experience created for lingering conversations and shared glances. These elevated tastings are thoughtfully paired with artisan chocolates from Dutch Boy Chocolates, where each bite and sip enhances the next—rich, expressive, and undeniably indulgent.
